Is this service legal?
Yes, Daily Fantasy Action complies with all requirements for fantasy sports contests of skill, our contests are legal for most U.S. and Canadian citizens excluding certain states and provinces specified under legal terms.
Is this gambling?
All fantasy sports games offered at Daily Fantasy Action are games of skill. The games are specifically exempt from consideration as "betting or wagering" in accordance with the UIGEA of 2006.
How do I fund an account?
Open an account. Then click on my profile, from there click on Deposit Funds where you can deposit any amount from min $25 to no max. through your paypal account. Your account e mail must match your paypal e mail in order to fund your account.
Withdraws will be processed through paypal and sent to your paypal account.
Are the prize pools guaranteed?
All contests that have at least two competitors at the start time are official and will pay out the listed prizes. Contests with one or fewer entries at the scheduled start time will be cancelled and money will be refunded to your account.
What if I don't like something about Daily Fantasy Action?

What other sports do you offer?
We currently offer Fantasy Baseball, Football, Basketball, and Hockey.
You login ID is your email address. You're pretty much on your own as far as remembering that (it’s the same as your paypal e mail).
I forgot my Password, what do I do?
Click the "forgot password" link after clicking the login button and we email a link you may use to reset your password.
Do I have to pay taxes, on my contest winnings?
Any winnings larger than $600 are required by law to be reported to the IRS.
How do I find a league that I have joined/created?
Click on the MY CHALLENGES button. Here you can view all your current leagues (this can be found at the top of the page or from your personal home page).
What is a daily fantasy league?
A daily fantasy league is a league that is drafted and then played for a specific day (sometimes multiple days ex: football leagues usually consist of Sunday and Monday games). Once the games have been played for that date a winner is decided and paid.
